My regular mid-month visit to the Olympic Stadium and Park was even less mid-month than usual. Work to boost capacity and accessibility at Stratford Regional Station – the main gateway station to the Olympic Park – has now reached the halfway point.
Photos of works at Stratford Regional Station designed to improve the journeys for thousands of spectators travelling to the Olympic Park in 2012 have been released today by the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA).
A new entrance has been put in at Stratford International Station, ahead of the station opening for high-speed domestic services in December 2009.
